RAPID NeuroFascial Reset is an evidence-based manual therapy approach designed to reduce pain and improve movement, particularly when pain has become chronic or continues to return.
Rather than working only on muscles, RAPID NFR focuses on the nervous system and connective tissue. After injury, inflammation, or prolonged stress, the nervous system can remain overstimulated, maintaining unnecessary tension, restricted movement, and pain long after tissues have healed.
During a session, the therapist applies specific manual applications combined with guided movement patterns. These applications provide clear sensory input to the nervous system, helping to down-regulate excessive tension, improve circulation, and restore more natural movement.
Sessions are scheduled for:
Up to 45 minutes for an initial visit (including consultation)
Up to 30 minutes for follow-up visits
If results are achieved before the scheduled time, the session may end early. Continuing beyond that point may overstimulate the nervous system and is intentionally avoided.
RAPID NFR also addresses lingering inflammatory patterns—often referred to as the artifacts of old injuries—that can remain highly sensitizing to the nervous system. By calming the nervous system while increasing blood flow, these patterns are reduced, leading to decreased pain and improved mobility.
Simply put, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset works by influencing the central nervous system through highly sensitive nerve fibers, allowing muscle tone, tension, and pain patterns to reset and supporting long-term pain relief and improved quality of life.
RAPID NFR may help with conditions such as back pain, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, arthritis, migraines, TMJ discomfort, vertigo, tinnitus, knee pain, and many other persistent musculoskeletal concerns.
